Beginner Level 2 - Patchwork Heart

Class Description

*Beginner Level 1 recommended as a prerequisite, but not required* This class is intended for beginners and offers a few more skills beyond the "Level 1" courses, including some more challenging cuts and lead framing. Students can choose from a variety of colors and will complete a 4.5"x5" stained glass heart. Students will learn the basics of the copper foil “Tiffany” method of creating stained glass, which includes cutting and grinding glass, applying copper foil and soldering glass pieces together. Students will install a lead frame and hanging hardware on their piece and have the option to apply black patina. All tools and materials provided.
