Beginner Level 2 - Teeny Butterfly

Class Description

*Beginner Level 1 recommended as a prerequisite, but not required* *Note: This class is also offered under a separate listing as a 4-hr weekend class where you will make two butterflies* This class is intended for beginners and offers a few more skills beyond the "Level 1" courses, including some more challenging cuts. Students will choose from a variety of colors to complete one 2.5" x 3.5" butterfly, mounted on a plant stake to decorate your favorite house plant. Students will learn the basics of the copper foil “Tiffany” method of creating stained glass, which includes cutting and grinding glass, applying copper foil and soldering glass pieces together. This project also includes the addition of wire details (antennae). All tools and materials provided.
