Beginner's Stained Glass - Color Blocks

Class Description

*Stained Glass Basics recommended as a prerequisite, but not required* This class is intended for beginners and is a simple design with all straight lines. Students will choose from a variety of colors of glass and glass beads to complete a 4"x6" stained glass panel. This piece also includes a 1x1 piece of clear beveled glass. Students will learn the basics of the copper foil “Tiffany” method of creating stained glass, which includes cutting and grinding glass, applying copper foil and soldering glass pieces together. Students will have the option of applying black patina and will install hanging hardware on their piece. All tools and materials provided.
