For those who need minimal guidance... 2-hr sessions
Class Description
Open Studio is $40 per 2 hour session and is held on Saturdays and Sundays 2-4pm and Mondays 6-8pm. Open Studio is not every Saturday, Sunday and Monday. Please check the booking calendar for specific dates. Stained glass experience (such as Beginner/Intermediate level classes) and instructor approval required. If we have not already spoken in person, please send me an email. Students can work on their own projects or choose from a selection of available patterns. Instructor will be available to answer questions and will offer tips and suggestions as needed. Open Studio sessions are held at the same time as Basics/Beginner level classes, so students are expected to work mainly independently. Grinders, cutters, pliers, soldering irons, and chemicals (flux, patina, etc.) will be available for use. Students must supply their own glass, copper foil and solder. All tools and materials are available for purchase at Carolina Stained Glass (students get 10% off!).
